What is the GMT Series? 

The GMT Series© merges the Marvel Universe with our own, creating a unique art collection. East Continental Gems (ECG) has crafted 24 distinct replicas of the Eye of Agamotto, each representing a different Time Zone with a unique GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) number. This series combines fine craftsmanship, official timekeeping, and iconic Marvel storytelling into an extraordinary art-collecting experience.

How does the GMT Series represent Time? 

The GMT Series© captures the sublime experience of Time itself, transforming it into a tangible, glittering art form. Each piece reflects human creativity and the organization of time, honoring the relationship between the Marvel Universe and our own world.

What is the craftsmanship behind the GMT Series?

ECG’s gemologists, artisans, and stone setters invest hours in crafting each Eye of Agamotto. The gauntlets feature a heavy brass casing adorned with ancient markings and patinated for a rustic appearance. Each piece includes a detachable leather cord with brass details, enhancing display options. The centerpiece is a precious gemstone, authenticated by the Gemological Association of America, hand-cut to showcase its brilliance. An ornate gold guard protects and highlights the gemstone, resulting in a luxurious work of art.

What gemstones are featured in the collection? 

The collection prominently features green Emerald gemstones sourced and hand-cut by ECG to enhance their innate splendor. Each gemstone’s unique qualities are combined with the Time Zone associations to create 24 one-of-a-kind pieces.

How many editions are available in the GMT Series?

The GMT Series© is a limited edition of 24 pieces, with each piece uniquely associated with a specific Time Zone and GMT number. Each Eye of Agamotto comes with a certificate of authenticity.

What makes the Eye of Agamotto significant?  

In the Marvel Universe, the Eye of Agamotto houses the Time Stone, one of six Infinity Stones that allow the user to manipulate Time. Each Eye of Agamotto in the GMT Series represents this powerful connection to time, encapsulating the rarity of each moment.

 What are the materials used in the GMT Series?

Each Eye of Agamotto is crafted from brass and gold, featuring authentic gemstones that are meticulously shaped and polished to emphasize their unique values.

Is there a certificate of authenticity for the GMT Series?

Each piece comes with a certificate of authenticity, ensuring the quality of craftsmanship and the authenticity of the gemstones used.  In Addition, each gem is certified by the American Gemological Laboratory
